Abstract/Contents:Discusses the use of the micro-organism Trichoderma to control pythium. Describes the proper application method for Trichoderma. Recommends that Trichoderma be used as a protectant rather than an eradicant. States that "it is by this integrated and protective management approach that the best results can be obtained by maximising the qualities of Trichoderma in the biological warfare against turf pathogens such as pythium."
