| Abstract/Contents: | Describes an experiment "to evaluate practical cultural approaches for converting a ryegrass fairway to zoysiagrass." Results include that in 1999, "six weeks after planting (early August), the nontrafficked control treatment had the highest quality...the trafficked roundup treatment yielded the lowest quality rating." and "the treatments with the highest zoysiagrass coverage by the end of the first season were nontrafficked Roundup and trafficked Roundup." Also reports findings from studies in 1999-2000 and 2000. |
