| Abstract/Contents: | Presents a study of Stenotaphrum secundatum "Floratam" for photosynthetic change due to imposed water stress. Recovery from the stress increased Carbon Exchange Rate with no change in leaf water potential. Photosynthetically active radiation was also monitored with no mention of results. Turfgrass quality ratings were evaluated and the ability of the turf to withstand long term water stress is related to rooting depths and physiological condition of the turf experiment plot prior to imposing stress periods. |
