Abstract/Contents: | Discusses the importance of appropriate shade and air movement on turf to increase the performance of the green and tee areas. Describes ways to eliminate problems as they occur regarding shade and air movement and addresses the process of tree management. Suggests the use of photography as a way to communicate to the club members about the problems on the golf course. Gives other strategic approaches to facilitate better management practices. |
