Profiles ACSP as "an award-winning education and certification program that helps golf courses protect [the] environment and preserve the natural heritage of the game of golf." Profiles Doug Trosper, superintendent of Hoover Country Club, and how he began persuing certification in 2005. Describes possible benefits of the certification process, including financial savings and positive club publicity. Describes how to get involved in the certification program, concluding that "participation in the program will benefit the environment, will leave your legacy at your golf course and enhance your career." |
