Fall 2022 Update:

Abstract/Contents:Discusses weed control in turf, suggesting that "the best method of controlling many weeds in turf...[is] the use of an adapted species of grass, adequate fertilization, proper mowing practices, good watering practices and insect and disease control." Profiles "undesirable" and "perennial grasses," including knotweed; common chickweed; red sorrel; and quackgrass. Briefly discusses soil fumigants, stating that "these chemicals destroy vegetation, seed, nematods, disease organisms, and other microorganisms, desirable as well as undesirable."
