Abstract/Contents:	"The final text of the International Rules for Seed Testing 1976 was prepared and proofs corrected by the end of 1975. Proposals for amendment of the 1976 edition of the rules were considered and recommendations agreed. Proposals for change are supported only when they concern annexes to the Rules since it was agreed that it would be premature to amend the Rules themselves. Amendments to the annexes to chapters 2, 3, 5, 6 and to Appendix A are recommended. Detailed textual amendments are appended to the report."
