Abstract/Contents:"Antifungal activities of some fungicide against turf-fungi was studied by bioassay. They are the Zentmyer's methods and Ezekiel and Cup methods. Their substances are Rhizoctonia solani Kühn, Pythium ultimum and Fusarium nivale. In somme chemicals, 3, 5, dimethyl tetra hydro 1, 3, 5, 2 thio diazine and N-(3', 5', -dichloro phenyl) succimide produced effect in cover a wide scope for Rhizoctonia solani Kühn and Pythium ultimum, but the latter indicated remarkable damage by chemicals for leaves and roots on bentgrass and ryegrass. On the other hand, S-3028 was expected the selective toxicity for Pythium ultimum in range of 0.6ppm."
