Abstract/Contents: | Presents a history of home lawn diseases from the 1970s to the 1990s. Includes stripe smut, necrotic ring spot, summer patch, and Microdochium patch. Explains how Fusarium was originally thought to be responsible for necrotic ring spot, summer patch, and Microdochium patch, until research showed that different pathogens were responsible. |
