Abstract/Contents: | Discusses the various ways in which ancient cultures such as the Greeks and Native Americans predicted weather. Provides stories which prove and disprove the efficacy of their beliefs which predicted the weather, indicating that bird migration is not always dependable in telling if the winter will be cold, but a red sky in the morning usually indicates rain. |
